- All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us on the same day of delivery and DO NOT SIGN for the delivery as this will confirm there is no damage which will result in a non refund.
- The warranty is void if the product has been improperly installed, modified, or used in a manner inconsistent with the instructions provided by The Dog Wash Station.
Limitation of Liability
- The Dog Wash Station is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or financial loss.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond the 1-year limited warranty.
